1. Opening an account
How do I register on the Pin-Up website?
To create an account on pin-up.bet, click on the “Register” button located in the top right corner of any page. Then choose the most convenient registration option using your email address or phone number.
What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
First, check your Spam folder – it’s possible that our email was accidentally sent there. If you still don’t see our confirmation email, check if you entered your email address correctly. Try entering your email address on the registration page once again. If you still have problems, contact our support team (chat menu in the bottom right corner).
What currencies can I use when creating an account?
You can open an account in any available currency from those offered in the registration form. Please note that you will no longer be able to change the currency of your account after that.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Each user is limited to having one account at a time. If a user has more than one account open, it must be noted that the Company reserves the right to suspend and seize the accounts and all winnings associated with them.
Re-registration is only permitted with the explicit permission of the Company. If you have accidentally forgotten your credentials, it is recommended to restore them using the Password Recovery option (which you can access by pressing the “Forgot your password?” link in the login window) or directly by contacting our support team (chat menu in the bottom right corner).
Can I register if I am under 18?
A Pin-Up user can be any capable person who is 18 years old or the minimum age allowed to gamble, according to the laws of their country.
2. Account Information
How do I recover my account password?
To recover your password, click on “Forgotten password?” in the login window. In the subsequent window, enter your email address. Check the email you specified in the previous window and receive instructions to recover your password.
If you used your mobile number to speed up the registration process, enter the number in the recovery window. Your new password will be sent via text message.
What should I do if I do not receive a recovery email?
First, check your Spam folder.
If the email does not appear in your inbox or spam folder, it is possible that the email address you entered is incorrect. Repeat the steps to recover your account password and ensure that you specified the correct email address.

What if I forgot the email address I used to register my account?
Contact our support team and we will help you recover your account.
I changed my email address, what are my options?
Changing the email address linked to your account is considered the same as changing its owner. If you are unable to restore access to the email address specified during registration, please contact our support team (chat menu in the bottom right corner).
I entered incorrect data during registration or when updating my profile, what are my options?
If you made a mistake when filling out your information, please contact our support team to start the procedure for identifying the correct owner of the personal account. Please note that if it is discovered that a user is operating with false or inaccurate information, we reserve the right to suspend the account and/or cancel all earnings linked to the account.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal of Refunds
How do I make deposits?
You can make deposits using the most convenient and accessible method in your country. To do this, go to your account and go to the “Cashdesk” section. Choose your preferred payment method and make a transaction. Please note that the minimum deposit amount is $10.
What kind of bonuses are there when making deposits?
To receive a bonus when making a deposit to your account, you need to activate a valid promo code. You can learn more about the current bonus offers in the “Promotions” section of the website.
What if my deposit has not been credited?
Complaints regarding payments received are accepted only upon presentation of a receipt for payment or a check confirming the transaction to the support team in the form of a scanned document or photo.
Is there a transaction fee when making a deposit?
The company does not charge a commission for deposits or withdrawals. However, there may be a commission when converting to the chosen currency or possibly charged by the bank issuing your card.
Can I use eWallets, credit cards, etc. that do not belong to me when making a deposit?
You can only use your own eWallets and/or bank cards when funding your account. Using another individual’s bank cards to make deposits is strictly prohibited.
How can I request a withdrawal of my funds?
To withdraw funds, you need to log in to your account and select the “Cashier” section. In the “Withdrawal” menu, specify the amount and type of payment system you want to use to receive your funds.
What do I need to know before requesting a withdrawal?
Before submitting a withdrawal request, fill out your profile and verify your account. To do this, send a photo of a document proving your identity via a special form in the “Personal account” section.
How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?
If this is your first withdrawal, it may take approximately two days to confirm your data. If you have already verified your account and withdrawn funds, subsequent withdrawals will be credited almost instantly.
My bonus has burned, why did this happen?
Based on the terms of the specific promotion, funds from the bonus balance may be canceled due to the end of the bonus period.
What can I see on my credit card statement?
Depending on the payment system that was initially used when you made a deposit on our website, you will receive a note on your statement identifying the payment system and the amount.
4. Sports Betting
How do I place a bet?
In the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen, select the sport you are interested in and then the name of the event. A pre-match betting window will open, where you can select an event and the odds for the expected outcome of this event. The selected odds are automatically added to your coupon. Enter the desired bet amount and click the bet button to place your bet.
What are the types of betting options?
A Single bet means a bet on the expected outcome of an event. The “Single Bet” win is equal to the product of the bet amount multiplied by the previously paid odds for the outcome of the event.
A Multi bet is a simultaneous bet on the expected outcomes of several events that are independent of each other. The win is equal to the product of the bet amount multiplied by the “multiple” odds, obtained by multiplying the odds of the outcome of all events included in the Multiple bet. The maximum number of events using the multiple bet option is limited to 30.
A System Bet is a combination of multiple bets of a certain size from a predetermined number of events (the maximum number of events in a multiple bet is 16).
How do I place a live bet?
In the main menu of the website, click on the “Live” tab. You will see a pre-match betting site with a user-friendly interface, where data is updated in real time. All events in the “Live Bets” section take place in real time. Select an event and the odds for the expected outcome. The selected odds are automatically added to your bet slip. Enter the stake amount and click on the bet button to place your bet.
How do I place a Multiple Bet?
Select two or more event outcomes (no more than 30). On your bet slip, make sure the “Multiple” tab is selected, then enter the stake amount and click on the “Place Bet” button.
How do I place a System Bet?
Select three or more event outcomes (no more than 16). In your bet slip, make sure the “System Bet” tab is selected, choose the number of selections for each leg, then enter the bet amount and click the “Place Bet” button.
What is a Betslip?
A Betslip is an element of the Pin-up website (located in the right corner of the live and pre-match pages) with which you can bet on selected event outcomes. Set the bet amount according to the limits on the betslip itself.
I have mistakenly placed an incorrect bet. Can I cancel it?
All placed bets are considered valid and cannot be cancelled, but you can make changes to them. To do this, use the unique “Check Edit” feature, which allows you to change previously placed bets. This offer is valid only for pre-match bets of the “Single” or “Accumulator” type. Alternatively, you can use the “Cashout” feature, which allows you to withdraw your winnings without waiting for the bet to be settled. For more detailed information, see the “Promotions” section.
My bet was settled incorrectly. What should I do?
All possible non-standard situations are governed by the Basic Rules for Accepting Bets. Please read them carefully before proceeding with the allocation of bets. In particular, in paragraph 20 of these Rules it is stated:
An event is considered to have taken place if it is interrupted, not finished within 24 hours, and if it is played at least:
- Football – 70 minutes;
- NBA Basketball – 40 minutes;
- European Basketball – 35 minutes;
- NHL Hockey – 54 minutes;
- European Hockey – 50 minutes;
- MLB Baseball – 5 innings;
- American Football – 50 minutes;
- Floorball – 60 minutes;
In these cases, the result (actual outcome) of the event considered to have taken place is the result at the time of interruption of the event (except tennis). In all other cases, the event is considered invalid, including in the case of a tie at the time of completion of games in sports where the rules do not allow a tie (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL playoff series, etc.), and all bets (including Live-rates) are considered refundable.
What is a Freebet?
A Freebet is a customer bonus for participating in promotions, special offers, etc. It differs from a regular bet in that when you place a bet, you are not risking any of your own money. When calculating your account balance, net winnings are recorded without taking into account the free bet amount. At the moment, the free bet system is still planned for launch, but you can use other types of bonuses in the meantime.
To give you an example:
A $100 bet is placed using your free bet balance with odds of 1.95
If the bet wins, the amounts are calculated as follows:
- $100 * 1.95 = $195, so
- $195 – $100 (the initial free bet amount) = $95
Thus, $95 is the amount that will be automatically credited to the customer’s main account (i.e. “free bet winnings”).”
What is a bonus balance in betting?
A bonus account is an account that the user can use for sports betting (but not for withdrawal of funds), according to the guidelines of the deposit amount for which he was credited with bonus funds. For example, in the “Welcome Bonus” section, a user can place bets and receive winnings from his bonus account.
Funds from the bonus account can be automatically transferred to a real account and made available for withdrawal after the meeting these requirements.
Every bonus promotion has the following mandatory requirements:
You must wager funds from your real account a certain number of times before you can withdraw the bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means that you must wager ten times the bonus amount in real money before you can transfer the bonus funds to your real account.
The minimum odds criterion determines the minimum odds for any bets you place in order for them to count towards the wagering requirement.
The bonus duration determines the period during which the wagering requirement for the bonus funds must be met. Once this period has expired, the bonus funds in your account are void.
The winnings limit criterion determines the maximum amount of winnings that can be associated with the bonus amounts initially credited. For example, if you have been credited a bonus of $1,000 and the winnings limit is 3x, no more than $3,000 can be credited to your real account if your bet wins.
By using any bonus promotions provided by Pin-up, including the first deposit bonus or any bonus codes, you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions of the promotion and that you understand the distinction between bonus funds and real funds in your account. How to activate a promocode with a bonus or freebet?
